Relive the epic life and times of Napoleon.
 7th October 2017 to 4th November 2018

The exhibition held at Arras Museum of Fine Arts in partnership with Château de Versailles retraces the life and career of Napoléon Bonaparte, from General to fallen Emperor, through 100 iconic pieces from the Napoleonic collections of Château de Versailles. Most of them were commissioned by Napoléon himself to commemorate the great episodes of his life.

Agincourt,”1415, de Fer et de Sang”: knights and combatants

Set in a wooden fort, the exhibition reveals who were the combatants of 1415 through 6 main themes: the social origins of men at war, the organisation of the armies and the daily life in camps, the beliefs of the combatants, war and literature in the 15th century.
